Production: Made only in great vintages with Toro red grapes from vines over 70 years, one of the most renowned San Román de Hornija. Once de-stemmed grapes, wine ferments in steel tanks, the temperature control does not exceed 27º. The process was completed in 12 days, then comes the maceration of skins of about two days. Once rested, the wine is aged for 17 months in new French oak barrels. Finally, once filtered, the cold is not processed and the wine is bottled.

Tasting notes: Intense ruby. Deep bouquet and fresh. Displays all fresh notes of black fruits, minerals and balsamic snuff. The palate is powerful, very complex. Well structured tannins that evoke sweet violets, dried rose, licorice, tobacco and balsamic. Subtle and sophisticated.

Pairing: Roast Lamb, American burger with many ingredients and dishes with mushrooms.
