Vinification:  Selection and counting. After a slight cold pressing , the wine is spent in French oak vats where fermentation conducted lasts 8 to 10 days. Pumping is soft and " punching down begins. Post- fermentation maceration then carried lasts 12 to 14 days. After malolactic fermentation in barrel , to place the batonage after 4 weeks . Then the wine is aged 19 months in barrels french oak.

Tasting notes:  Intense cherry red color . On the nose, aromas of tobacco , snuff and cedar laced with spice . Deep black fruit notes dominate . The entrance of mouth is soft but full-bodied . One feels minerals and black fruit . Structured wine , with persistent tannins. Final fresh , very long and pleasant .

Wine pairing:  Ideal with game and fish.
