Winemaking: After a slight maceration of 4 hours , the grapes are gently pressed and are fermented in stainless steel tanks for 17 days at an average temperature of 16 ° C. After fermentation, is continuous contact with the wine lees fermentation for 3 months with a " battonage " daily to put these lies suspended several minutes a day.

Tasting notes: Pale white color with green hues . Claire and clear. Very varietal , smell it almost candied with an intensity of ripe white fruit with creamy notes of joint work with the lees in tank. In the mouth it is voluminous, balanced and proposes a final long .
