Winemaking: Traditional treatment. Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at a maximum temperature of 25º. Aged for 11 months in French oak barrels. The production of this wine is in charge of Spanish origin Australian winemaker Frank Gonzales.

Tasting notes: Intense red cherry high layer. Clean and bright. Elegant tear. Intense aromas. In the foreground rise the berries and elegant toasted hints with more mature red fruits. Once open, the result is gaining in intensity and expression and are accompanied by soft and subtle herbs and storing a floral remembrance. Intense, sweet and fresh. Good soft passage, silky, fleshy, dry and very tasty, with fruit in the foreground step. Very good acidity and nice tannins and bright. Final long and persistent leaves very pleasant sensations full of fruits and vegetables. Very nice, a different wine. Pleasure.

Accompaniments: Roast lamb, stews, roasts, game, goat cheese, Jamón Ibérico de Bellota
