Winemaking: Traditional Development. Maceration-fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at a maximum temperature of 25 ° C. Matured for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting notes: Cherry color with blue highlights and INTERIM layer. The nose is very expressive, the first sensations are described by the barrels with grilled odors, smoke, spices (such as vanilla and cinnamon). After a while he gave way to the expressiveness of the fruit which in this case have fresh fruit with balsamic background. In the mouth it maintains its acidity, which compensates alcohol. Intense fruit flavor and a silky texture.

Accompaniments: Pasta with meat sauce, risotto, sausages, vegetables, roasted red meats, Stews, mushrooms, pecorino.
