Manufacturing: Bollinger La Grande Année is one of the most elegant champagnes and impressive that we can find. It ESR prepared by Bollinger in exceptional vintages. It is made with grapes Great Crus and Premiers Crus (a total of 17 raw). Excerpt from "vintage" (best juice of the press), which performs the first fermentation in small oak barrels for 5 years and not more than 400 liters, thereby increasing the aromatic complexity and aging potential. It has all the elements of Champagne, identity and the Bollinger style. The second fermentation and aging are made with cork (another differentiating factor) to ensure freshness. This process is done in underground cellars for a minimum of 5-6 years. After disgorging, it remains three months of rest.

Tasting notes: Bollinger La Grande Année is straw yellow with golden hues, clean and bright. The bubbles are fine and continuous, forming a beautiful crown. Intense aromas, rich and complex. A variety of flavors. Notes of ripe white fruit accompanied by pastries, nuts, butter; citrus notes that give freshness. Yield to smoky, spicy and subtle ... A wide variety of sensations. It gives your mouth a touch of personalized style. Fine, sensual, delicate, with ripe fruit and citrus, with excellent acidity, it gives you immense freshness that contrasts with the smoothness of their passage. Carbon is well integrated there. The end palate is very long and very, very persistent. An elegant turn of Champagne. A feast for all the senses.

Accompaniments: liver, raw seafood, caviar, oysters, etc.
