Vinification: In stainless steel tanks for 15 days with a maximum temperature of 25 ° C. Once the barrels process is complete, follows the maceration and fermentation step in French and American oak barrels, where it stays here for four months.

Tasting notes: Intense cherry red color. Powerful, clean and complex nose. Very attractive fruit aromas with notes of ripe fruit and souvenirs of wood. Although constituted in mouth, well structured, lively and tasty, full-bodied, balanced, with good mouthfeel and good persistence.

Accompaniments: Ideal with rice, stews, vegetables, mushrooms, meat stews, sausages, various roasts, short and medium cheeses cure, red meats in sauce, grilling.
