Vinification: Blend of wines the last three vintages , made ​​from a selection of different garnachas farms. The vines are aged 40-50 years . The wines are harvested from the 4th week of September. Fermentation at 28 ° C with a temperature control . Subsequently takes place with skin maceration for a period of 3 weeks. After the alcoholic fermentation the development of malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels is controlled. Upon completion of malolactic fermentation , we proceed to the shelves and encubation in French oak barrels to complete their educations.

Tasting: Intense cherry red with ruby ​​highlights, clean and bright. Aroma of good intensity and quality of ripe red fruit with mineral notes , spicy , balsamic and wood. Tasty, meaty and perfectly balanced including fruits and spicy tones from his noble education.
