Winemaking: The maceration is made in stainless steel tanks closed for 25 days and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels where it remained for 12 months.

Tasting notes: Beautiful color cherry color with purple hues and powerful aroma of ripe berries, roasted and smoky notes. Great structure is very mature and sweet, with good input and persistent mouth. Perfectly integrated fruit, alcohol and the wood in a balanced equilibrium that makes it very pleasant to take. With a long finish that maintains the "sweetness" typical Monastrell.

Wine pairing:  Ideal with rice with bushmeat and honey, cooked vegetables, mushrooms, game and poultry, casseroles, seafood sauce, blue cheese and smoked meat, white and red and grilling, roasting the lamb, beef, pork.
