Vinification: The grapes of Salas Altas vines are fermented at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine macerated with the skins for two weeks for greater color stability . After malolactic fermentation, the wine is put in barrels in mixed oak and French oak th . In barrels , the wine had eight months to complete the integration of the vine with the contribution of wood with oxygen .

Tasting notes: Border dark cherry and évoluation . Clean and lumineux.Le nose has medium intensity. Aromas of black fruit well integrated . Balsamic , spicy red pepper and cloves , pepper typical of Sauvignon green. Wood well integrated with floral notes giving the Merlot.Puissant , with a charge of culture. Light edges.
