Vinification: Traditional . Fermentation at 28 º C with temperature control. A place maceration with the skins over 21 days. After the alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation in new barrels and deposit some part was made . After malolactic fermentation is the drumming in barrels of American and French oak for 12 months , the wine will finally complete its aging in bottle to marketing.

Tasting notes: Ruby red with purple , intense finish, clean and bright. The nose has a high intensity , complex aromas mingle where the spicy and typical aromas of the variety with delicate notes of cocoa , coffee and cooked fruits. The mouth has a sweet aftertaste , broad, fleshy, harmonious attack oak tannins , well assembled and wide.

Wine pairing: meat, vegetables, roast lamb, Grilled red meats , Stews, Blue fish, Semi- mature cheese
