Vinification:  An alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a duration of 4 months in oak barrels 100% French.

Tasting notes: Cherry red color, violet tones cloudy and intense with a thin layer. It appears clean and bright with crisp flavors and a ripe black fruit very frank, stewed blackberries and plums in the glass. With a subtle wood background integrated into the structure of the wine. The palate is round with soft tannins and a powerful structure. The end is balanced and very persistent.

Wine pairing: risottos, meats, small game, cheese semi-hard cheese.
