Vinification: It is the second largest wine Pingus . The domain of Pingus wine , founded in 1995, has already become a myth. Five hectares of vineyards and a warehouse that can accueuillir 150 tons for these very limited production wines . The wines are concentrated, powerful , with ripe fruit. The record is impressive with each year a little more finesse . The Pingus surprised by a vintage with a different character every year. Peter Sisseck revolutionized the wine world with Pingus aging between 18 and 20 months in French oak barrels. Robert Parker gave 99 points to this wonderful Pingus 2008 .

Tasting notes: This wine is almost perfect. The concentration of fruit flavors is great , dramatic , intense, accompanied by elegant notes of coffee , chocolate and toasted wood , leaving the tannins in the background. After tasting, the wonderful taste remains in the mouth until a minute.

Wine pairing: It is so rich , expressive and complex than we can take it alone. Also accompanies roasts, grilled meats, game birds and fur , stews , vegetables and cheeses.
